I built SheStrong because after my own baby, I couldn't find a coach who understood what I actually needed. Every program told me to slow down. To take it easy. To settle for less.
I'm a qualified Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Nutritionist and I knew that wasn't right. Postpartum women don't need to dial back. They need the right information, the right programming, and a coach who respects the athlete they still are.
That's what SheStrong is.

My goal was to get moving again PP and work back up to a 5km run. I did this pain free and enjoyed the process! I loved the workouts - the length of them and variety. I also felt like Sabina was listening we to and things were tweaked based on her feedback.

Sabina was an excellent coach. It is only be looking back at where I started I’ve realised how far I’ve come with her. I was afraid of using some equipment and felt quite nervous going to the weights section of the gym but now I am a lot more confident in the gym not afraid of trying new exercises and every week I was seeing improvements. She also went at my pace but pushed me when she knew I had more in me whereas I definitely wouldn’t have pushed myself. If there was anything that I couldn’t do or needed changing she was great at modifying some exercises when needed. She was really supportive and always just a text away.
