How to set goals that fit where you genuinely are, not where fear or comparison puts you. The mindset work that lets you train with confidence instead of second-guessing every rep. And clear exercise pointers so you know exactly what you're working with before you start.

MODULE 2 - Training: The Full System Trimester-by-trimester adaptations, so your training evolves with your body instead of staying static or stopping altogether. Pelvic floor and core work that goes beyond kegels into real pressure management. Down-training, the skill of releasing tension, not just building it, which matters just as much as strength. Targeted glute training to support the posture and load changes pregnancy brings. All of it backed by branded workout templates with video demos, ready to follow trimester by trimester.
